Mega Senior Services is your preferred accredited certified Home Health Services and Private Duty provider in South Florida. We have been offering highly qualified nursing services, physical therapy and home health aide in five different counties: Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee and Indian River for more than ten years.

SPEECH THERAPY
Our highly qualified speech pathologists provide our patients with the assistance to recover speech abilities that have been lost or impaired following an illness, a cerebrovascular accident or any other kind of neurological disorder.
Their treatment includes communication and swallowing techniques previously discussed and approved by the physician in order to achieve the greatest possible results.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Our team of occupational therapists can help patients regain the skills necessary for self-care and activities of daily living. Their plan of care is uniquely design in order to achieve the establish goals. You may learn new ways to help you dress, eat or wash your face. MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS
Our licensed medical social services professionals at Mega Senior are available to help our patients to make medical and financial decisions, helping them to cope with personal and emotional impact of illness or disability. They will provide patients and caregivers with available community resources to achieve optimum level of care.
SKILLED NURSE
Nursing services at home are always performed by or under the supervision of a licensed and certified registered nurse to treat your injury or illness. Services you may receive include wound care, injections, tube feedings, catheter changes, pre or post-surgical care, observation and assessment of your condition and management and evaluation of your care plan.
HOME HEALTH AIDE
A home health aide provides personal care services, including help with bathing, toileting, and dressing, meal preparation, mobility assistance and light housekeeping.
We provide companionship and assistance to ensure that your loved ones are safe at home.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
RESTORATIVE THERAPY
The restorative therapy purpose is to reverse, in whole or in part, a previous body loss of function, considering the beneficiary’s potential for improvement from the services. By combining treatment that include, but is not limited to gait and transfer training, muscle re- education, body mechanics and pain management, our therapist will help patients restore wellness, fitness, and quality of life.
MAINTENANCE THERAPY
Even if no improvement is expected, under Medicare regulations, “skilled therapy services are covered when an individualized assessment of the patient’s condition demonstrates that skilled care is necessary for the performance of a safe and effective maintenance program to maintain the patient’s current condition or prevent or slow further deterioration”. Mega Senior provides the highest level of maintenance therapy in the comfort of your own home.
